How to Make Palak Paneer Rice Recipe for Baby and Toddler

Preparation Time    - 15 Minute
Cooking Time         - 15 Minute
Total Time               - 30 Minute

Material

1/4 cup cut spinach
1/4 cup chopped paneer
1/4 cup of rice, washed and filtered
1/2 Tspoon ghee
A pinch of cumin
Salt to taste

To serve with Fresh curd

Method

Heat ghee in the pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.
When the seeds start rubbing, add rice and fry for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add spinach, cottage cheese, salt and 1 cup of water and mix thoroughly and cook prasar for 2 cities.
Let loose all the steam before opening the lid.
To serve with Fresh curd
