Make a thin paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Keep them in small quantity. Use a soft bristled toothbrush and brush the paste gently on your teeth for two minutes. Rinse and then brush it with a normal toothpaste.
Turmeric is the best medicine you can find at home. It has so many medicinal qualities, one such is whitening of the teeth. Turmeric is like a gentle scrub that helps in removing stains from the teeth. It is also anti- inflammatory and antimicrobial that prevents the tooth and the gums from bacteria attacks.
Charcoal can do wonders to your teeth. Nowadays you can even find charcoal based toothpaste in the market. Take very little amount of charcoal on your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth like your do everyday. Be careful to use a minimal amount as too much charcoal can stain your teeth. Brush your teeth again with a normal toothbrush to avoid stains. Charcoal helps in absorbing plaque and kills the tooth affecting bacteria. It also removes the stain and make your teeth look cleaner and brighter.

Applying paste of lemon juice and baking soda on the teeth removes all the stains. Lemon is high in citric acid, therefore acts like a natural bleach. Adding it with baking soda that is also a mild scrub doubles the power and gives better results on the yellow spotted teeth. It also strengthens the enamel which fights plaque and teeth affecting bacteria.
Take a tablespoon of coconut oil with you before brushing. Swirl it in the mouth for ten to twenty minutes and then spit it. Take some baking soda on the toothbrush and brush the teeth with it and get white shiny teeth.
Use apple cider vinegar as a mouthwash, just like you did coconut oil. But keep it in your mouth for only two minutes. Spit is out and again brush your teeth using baking soda to remove all the apple cider vinegar from the mouth. It is acidic in nature and helps break down plaque from the mouth and also kills the harmful bacteria.
Mix coconut oil, baking soda, peppermint oil, spearmint essential oil along with cinnamon bark oil to create a paste. Use this paste to brush your teeth twice a day. All the ingredients are powerful in nature and remove plaque from the mouth. The essential oil is anti inflammatory and can form a protective shield across the teeth.
Take the white side of the orange peel and brush it across the teeth. It is a natural scrub and will help remove stains from the teeth.
Similar to the orange peel, banana peel can also be used to scrub off the stains from the mouth. Just rub the white side for some time and brush your teeth after it.
Just like the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide paste, mix sea salt with baking soda and make a paste. Apply in gently on your teeth and let id stay for some time. Rinse it and brush your teeth. Sea salt and baking soda both are natural scrubs and help in removing stains from the teeth.
Put some powdered milk on the toothpaste. Brush your teeth normally to get a natural white look.
Strawberries are a rich source of Vitamin C, which means they are definitely good for the teeth. Mash the strawberries till you get a smoother paste. Brush your teeth with the paste to remove the stains.
